Keith installed a new boiler, tank and control system for us in a new airing cupboard upstairs. This involved rerouting almost all the pipe-work, flushing out the old system and also relocating the tanks in the loft. James and his company were recommended to us by our neighbour. I'm grateful they did as we had a dilemma of a new kitchen having been installed too close to carry out regular maintenance on our old boiler. James came up with an excellent and simple solution and made the change over a much less painful thing to go through had we relocated the boiler. Keith did most of the work, ably assisted by Dan. I couldn't recommended these guys highly enough. Keith went above the call of duty and finished off with hiding the copper pipework neatly. All in all we're pleased we have another reliable Worcester Bosch and look forward to lowering our bills through the energy effeciency of a modern boiler! Thank you gents.... if I moved out of this area, I'd still ask you to come and do my heating work for me!

Solder Medal (upgrade from Putty)

In 2002, Wossname and I had a new boiler in our house in Sholing and First Call Heating did a superb job.

We have now moved to Hythe and Wossname said the old boiler must go. First I thought she meant me, but it was just those nice engineers she wanted to see again.

First Call's big boss "James" came and gave us advice, an estimate, and where we should or could put our boiler!

It was in the end the best choice and in accord with our timetable. Work commenced. Keith arrived on a Monday morning with the gear. All through the installation Keith explained what and why he was doing - he knows his stuff. While Keith and his pleasant young mate Callum were here they went over and above the call of duty, helping me with bits I couldn't manage. I won't go on about all this, suffice to say it is rare in these days to come upon such helpful service.

It is also rare these days for young men like Callum to be so well mannered, helpful and interested in others. He listens. It seems that Callum enjoys his work and is enthusiastic. Wossname and I hope he stays with First Call and in the future qualifies and calls on us to service our system.

Phoned at 9.17 to say the boiler was leeking. Job was completed at 11.16 that morning. Know thats service. Wouldn't hesitate to use First Call again.
