Frequently Asked Questions

Here at First Call Heating, we are proud to supply a wide range of Worcester Bosch products, including the Greenstar range as you may have seen featured on our webpage.

However we understand that occasionally things go wrong and your appliance doesn't always work the way that it should, therefore on this page are a few links to some very useful boiler safety and maintenance videos provided by our friends at Worcester Bosch. Should the subject of your enquiry not appear to have been discussed in the tutorial videos, please call our showroom and we will be more than happy to help you.

Whilst these videos are primarily here to help with a select number of problems, they may not be applicable to your make/type of appliance and we cannot guarantee that if you follow the steps that the video suggests, the problem will immediately be solved. If that is the case and the problem remains, then call us (02380 262690) and an engineer will try to talk you through your problems and offer as much advice as possible. If the problem cannot be fixed over the phone, then a visit to see your appliance may be required.
