Environment 2020 Awards
As well as celebrating our 20thanniversary, this year First Call have had something else to celebrate after winning an Environment 2020 Award from Worcester, Bosch Group after being nominated for installing a new air-to-air heat pump at the Centre Stage Youth Theatre in Chandlers Ford.
When the staff at the Youth Theatre came to us and explained that their existing system was proving too expensive to run, James was able to provide them with a solution that was not only going to help keep the costs down, but also worked in a more environmentally friendly way.
Carl Arntzen, the managing Director of Worcester, Bosch Group said this of First Call winning the award:
“[the] Judges felt that First Call Heating was a clear winner and by receiving this award, the company has shown it is an inspiring ambassador of the heating industry, as well as energy efficiency as a whole.”
James was presented with the award on the behalf of the company at the annual award ceremony held early this May up at the Worcester Headquarters and said the following about receiving such a prestigious award:
“I’m absolutely thrilled that we have won this award as it’s a major achievement for the company. I believe that as heating professionals, we have a duty to make sure all new fittings are both user and environmentally friendly and this award pays testament to the team’s hard work and commitment.
